Empty capsules can be purchased (health food stores, aromatherapy accessory stores) and then be filled with drops of essential oils or blends and a carrier if desired.
Common sizes are 0 (smaller) and 00.
Oils will soften capsule over a few days depending on the oils. So it is best to make them fresh at least every 2-3 days.
Some suggest an easy way to fill capsules is to take a small board, drill holes that will accept the opened capsules and then use a dropper or oils syringe to drip drops into the capsules.
