Someone put together this compelling chart showing which over-the-counter pharmaceuticals can be easily replaced with an essential oil. I have heard others describe it as "here are the things you may throw away from your medicine cabinet when you start using essential oils!!" I also saw a version of this chart where someone had computed how many $$$ worth of stuff they could save with the use of essential oils.
